Design, Control Panel Manufacture, System Software, Electrical Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Food Processing Line from intake through to Chilling.
The system comprised of a central Control Panel housing a Mitsubishi PLC / Proface HMI and all DOL starters for the system.
The system also comprised of a programmable Pilz Multi safety system. A second Control Panel housed the Variable Speed Drives for control of the line.
Interface to various items of third party equipment was integrated into the control system.
